Job Description:

FoICon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Intermediate to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, and budgets
  • Lead and manage project teams, including technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Communicate and control project scope, time, and cost
  • Ensure project deliverables are met and quality standards are maintained

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
