  • **Manage Staff and Assign Duties:** Supervise and manage a team of staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
  • **Study Market Research and Trends:** Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
  • **Determine Merchandise and Services:** Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.

  • **Resolve Issues:** Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and staff conflicts.
  • **Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff:** Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, ensuring that they have the skills and training needed to perform their duties.

Requirements:
