Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and cooking of complete meals or individual dishes and foods;
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization;
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers;
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed;
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff;
  • Manage kitchen operations, including managing staff schedules and ensuring seamless communication between departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality or culinary arts;
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in a senior kitchen supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant setting;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Compensation
