Administrative Coordinator

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative setting is preferred. Key Responsibilities
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences with attention to detail.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and colleagues.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional manner.
- Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Work Environment
