Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability for SI EP Canada.
  • Support the creation of a holistic strategy for SI EP, including go-to-market plans, customer and employee satisfaction, executive reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Project manage internal SI EP programs, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of supporting information for executive meetings.
  • Transform data into actionable insights and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Identify opportunities for business process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  • Manage the smooth operation of the Executive Office, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a corporate or consulting environment, preferably in a matrixed and multinational company.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience dealing with senior-level executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Sway.
  • Comfortable learning and embracing innovative technology.
  • Working knowledge of social media and collaboration tools.
  • Adept at research and analytical thinking.
  • Service and customer-centric mindset, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain and work with highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to multitask complex deadlines under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Building business relationships based on trust.
  • Asset: Bilingual (English/French) verbal and written communication skills.
