About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Worker to join our team at Sanderson Maintenance Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the construction and maintenance of landscapes, including weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Cut and maintain grass, as well as remove litter and garbage from outdoor areas.
  • Lay sod or seed, and plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, ensuring efficient and safe working practices.
  • Work a regular 30-40 hour week, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of work quality.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and bending.
  • English language proficiency.
