Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Director to join our team at Crystal Kitchens Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing department, ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules, recommending replacements as necessary;
  • Direct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards;
  • Hire, supervise, and train employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques;
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, optimizing storage space and minimizing waste;
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Manage the establishment of departmental budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation;
  • Direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload;
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards;
  • Judgment, organized, reliable, a team player, values and ethics, with a strong work ethic;

Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience;
Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week;
