As a Supply Chain Director II at TD, you will play a key role in managing Third Party Business Arrangements through all stages of the TPML. You will own the intake process via a Sourcing Request and follow the TPRA process. Additionally, you will set up and onboard Third Parties post-contract execution, including the implementation of governance structures and interaction models between key stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support business needs by delivering transitions or terminations of Third Parties. You will also maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring integrity in dealing with Third Parties and complying with relevant policies and standards.

This role requires expertise in Vendor Management, Business Arrangements, and Third-Party Management Lifecycle frameworks. You should have knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends, as well as Risk Management environments, standards, and regulations.

You will be responsible for monitoring service, productivity, and assessing efficiency levels within your function, implementing continuous process improvements where opportunities exist. You will also contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce.

In return for your skills and expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of $76,800 - $115,200 CAD per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. This figure may vary based on your location and other factors.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
