Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, for this exciting opportunity as a Project Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and submit comprehensive project budget estimates, considering all aspects of the project scope.
  • Plan, prepare, and monitor project schedules, milestones, and progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, changes, and additions, ensuring that all parties are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Review blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Oversee data analysis and information dissemination to stakeholders, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
Work Environment

The selected candidate will work on-site, requiring strong physical and mental stamina to handle the demands of the job. As a Project Manager at NOREL ELECTRIC, you will be expected to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude and adaptability to changing circumstances.
