Executive Director Opportunity

Africa Inland Mission Canada is seeking a visionary leader to serve as Executive Director, overseeing the organization's overall direction and staff welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization.
  • Ensure the effective management of staff and missionary personnel.
  • Represent AIM Canada ministries at churches, conferences, and AIM International.
  • Collaborate with the Canadian Council to implement policies and directives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least ten years of organizational leadership experience and local church involvement.
  • Passion for global missions and alignment with AIM's mission and convictions.
  • Demonstrated spiritual and spirit-led leadership.
  • Experience in working effectively with a leadership team and board of directors.
  • Operational management, program leadership, and planning/budgeting/financial administration skills.
  • Sensitivity to the post-modern, multi-ethnic makeup of Canada.

Location: Scarborough, ON

Salary Range: $95,000 – 105,000
