Now, as our first-ever CSN Concept Store, this state-of-the-art, 10,000-square-foot facility located in Dundas, Ontario, stands at the forefront of innovation. With 11 OEM certifications, including Tesla, this high-performing shop will serve as the central hub for piloting groundbreaking initiatives and streamlining processes. Our mission is to drive growth, enhance performance, and simplify operations across the CSN network.

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Collision Repair Centre Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the smooth running of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales to meet targets.

  • Coordinate with insurance companies to process claims and ensure customers receive accurate estimates for repair work.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Manage inventory of parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure materials are always available for timely repairs.
  • Hire, train, and supervise auto body technicians and support staff, fostering a team environment that encourages skill development and high performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Bodyshop Connect an asset
  • 5+ years of proven experience in store management or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
