Vdamera is seeking an Administrative Support Professional to assist in the coordination of seminars, conferences, and other events. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and messages, and provide customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in an administrative role. They will be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
