Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Operate machinery with precision and care.
- Ensure quality of products meets established standards.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to distinguish between colours and manual dexterity.
- Physically demanding work environment.
- Repetitive tasks and tight deadlines.
