Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection
  • Operate machinery to mix, knead, and shape dough
  • Ensure the quality of our products meets our established standards
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Ability to distinguish between colours
  • Manual dexterity
  • Physically demanding work environment
Work Environment:

Our bakery operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be working in a large volume bakery with a team of experienced bakers and pastry chefs.
