Role Overview

Toromont Cat is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. This role will involve working directly with customers at their sites, providing superior service and product expertise to maintain high standards.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and efficient repair services for heavy equipment
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company health and safety policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Post-secondary education in a field related to heavy equipment mechanics or a related mechanical field
  • Valid trade license (421A, 310T, 310S) or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in repair and service of heavy equipment, both in the shop and in the field
  • Familiarity with Caterpillar systems and equipment
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, we also offer:
