Agile Team Facilitator

We are pleased to offer a new contract opportunity for a skilled Agile Team Facilitator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for facilitating agile processes in ART Scrum teams, driving continuous improvement and change, and engaging stakeholders to identify and manage impediments.

As a seasoned Scrum Process Expert, you will have a comprehensive understanding of Scrum principles and practices, with a proven track record of implementing and optimizing Scrum processes in complex technical environments. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful adoption and execution of Agile methodologies across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Identify and address impediments to team progress, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team velocity, quality, and overall performance.
  • Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles, practices, and tools, ensuring a high level of adoption and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Agile methodologies into our organizational culture.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a technical environment.
  • Proven track record of implementing and optimizing Scrum processes in complex technical environments.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and certifications (CSM, CSD, or PSM).
