Bilingual Call Center Representative

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to our brokers and insureds
- Responding to general billing inquiries
- Processing credit card payments and applying them to the policy administration system
- Managing a large number of incoming calls
- Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions in the policy administration system
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years experience in a Call Centre environment and/or Accounts Receivable
- Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
- Fluency in French is required
- Strong knowledge in MS Office skills - particularly Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills, math skills; demonstrated logic and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task
