About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Director of Marketing Strategy to join our team at Directive Consulting. As a key member of our performance marketing agency, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer acquisition through our unique marketing methodology, Customer Generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive SQLs and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to deliver high-quality services, including Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative and Design, Video, Revenue Operations, and Strategy
  • Lead the development of functional content that supports our marketing efforts and resonates with our target audience
  • Work closely with our strategists to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to meet those needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply that knowledge to drive business growth and customer acquisition

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy and execution
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer acquisition through marketing efforts
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and customer generation methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply that knowledge to drive business growth and customer acquisition
