  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to support HR functions and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and labour relations.
  • Assess and improve workplace efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle employee concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Support supervisors and managers with disciplinary procedures.
  • Improve, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support and/or direct management of HR documents, templates, policies, and procedures.
  • Support with onboarding, job postings, setting up interviews, and coordinating HR-related meetings and events.
  • Run ad hoc reports as requested.
  • Update employee records.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations to ensure compliance with federal and provincial laws.

  • College diploma in Human Resources or several years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of HR experience.
  • CHRP or SHRM-CP (highly preferred) or willingness to work towards professional designation.
  • Driver's license (preferred).

The employee will work in an open office environment with a moderate noise level. The employee will be required to sit for long periods and occasionally stand. The employee will use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, and have vision abilities including close and distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
