Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Canam Group is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, developing and implementing initiatives for recruiting diverse talent, and representing the company at job fairs and career events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet staffing goals
  • Represent Canam Group at job fairs, special events, and career days
  • Support internal customers in the interpretation and application of established policies and procedures
  • Develop, deliver, and update internal training materials and sessions
  • Consult with stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and shape solutions to achieve learning outcomes
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of applicable experience in human resources or a related field
  • Proven organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in multiple mediums
  • Flexibility to adjust schedules for evening and weekend training if required
