We are seeking an experienced Safety Professional to join our team in Edison, NJ. Key responsibilities include conducting on-site observations, facilitating pre-task planning and audits, and generating reports as needed by the job site.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-site observations and recommend safety work practices
- Facilitate pre-task planning, audits, job safety analyses (JSAs), and permit processes
- Conduct site-specific orientations, training classes, and toolbox talks
- Generate reports as needed by the job site

Requirements and Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of safety management and leadership experience
- Comprehensive understanding of Construction Safety Standards (1926)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to collaborate with teams across all organizational levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications
