We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead workflow optimization, digitization, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development for our agitator manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Workflow Optimization

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards are met, and productivity is improved.
  • Develop efficient workflows to optimize operations, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Implement project tracking tools for real-time progress monitoring.
  • Coordinate across engineering, sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure alignment.

2. Digital Transformation & Technology Implementation

  • Identify digital solutions to streamline operations, including CRM, ERP, and cloud-based project management tools.
  • Lead the adoption of digital platforms for document control, team collaboration, and reporting.
  • Integrate automation and data analytics to improve forecasting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.

3. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Development

  • Design and document SOPs for all key business processes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Work with department heads to develop step-by-step guides for manufacturing, sales, and customer service operations.
  • Establish a document control system to manage and update SOPs effectively.
  • Train and support employees in new processes and digital tools.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating workshops and training sessions on workflow best practices and process improvements.
  • Act as a bridge between technical, production, and administrative teams to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency, quality, and project success.
  • Identify gaps and areas for improvement in current workflows and SOPs.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and recommendations for senior management.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, process improvement, or industrial operations.
  • Proven experience in workflow optimization and digital transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ERP systems, and cloud-based project management tools.
  • Strong ability to write and implement SOPs in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in agitator, industrial equipment, or manufacturing industry.
  • PMP, CAPM, or Six Sigma certification.
  • Familiarity with automation and IoT solutions in manufacturing.
