Requirements include:

  • Educational Background: Undergraduate degree in Finance, Mining, Engineering, or Processing
  • Professional Registration: Registered, or eligible to register, with Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (EGBC)
  • Experience: 5 years of operational experience at a mining operation, or equivalent in a central function, along with project management experience
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistical methods, digital literacy, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Microsoft Dynamics AX, and Power BI
