Job Title: Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our team at DEE J TRUCKLINE INC.

Job Summary:

The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials from one location to another. This includes dispatching personnel, monitoring workloads and locations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations to ensure efficient operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with maintenance of communications equipment to ensure seamless communication
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders to meet customer demands
  • Follow up on issues with work orders to ensure timely resolution
  • Track shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate vehicle operator work records
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Willing to relocate for the right opportunity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
