At Aviva, we are embarking on an exciting transformation of our Personal Insurance broker business with our move to Guidewire.
We are seeking a skilled Conversion Product Owner to lead the build of policy conversion from our legacy system to Guidewire for our broker business and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading dependencies with other workstream functions while identifying, building, and handling strategic partnerships across different teams. This includes owning, maintaining the backlog and prioritizing day-to-day work based on features that deliver high value and maximum automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with design to integrate usability studies, testing and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Familiarity with tech systems / IT, able to engage in discussion with each tech team to understand risks.
- Familiarity with agile principles from experience as a Product Owner or a similar position.
- Policy conversion experience is highly valued.
