Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Thai Avenue Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Monitor food quality and service standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of flexibility.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work Environment: Our restaurant is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team of experienced professionals. You will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
Language: English
Hours of Work: 30 hours per week
