Job Title: Youth Services Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide support and guidance to youth in our care. As a Youth Services Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing clients' needs and eligibility for specific services
  • Performing administrative tasks and maintaining program statistics
  • Providing suicide and crisis intervention, as well as conflict resolution
  • Liaising with other social services agencies and healthcare providers
  • Supervising activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A college diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
