Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Services Coordinator to join our team at Sunrise House. In this role, you will work with at-risk youth, providing support and guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' needs and eligibility for specific services
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Provide suicide and crisis intervention, as well as conflict resolution
  • Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience working with at-risk youth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
