Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization:
    • Analyze and improve departmental workflows to enhance productivity.
  • Team Management:
    • Oversee and contribute to managing and supporting staff, including recruitment, training, supervision, performance evaluations, and time-off management.
  • Financial Reporting & Reconciliation:
    • Reconcile monthly floor plan statements and prepare financial reports.
    • Reconcile manufacturer receivables and manage collections.
    • Manage and reconcile visa expenses, identifying and resolving any irregularities.
    • Process remittances and handle audits.
  • Financial Operations:
    • Manage daily banking requirements and calculate fixed asset depreciation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in automotive dealership accounting management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as Google Suite, CDK, and CT Wizard.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
