Magic Shade Painters Inc. - Painting and Decorating Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painting and Decorating Foreman/Woman to join our team at Magic Shade Painters Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of painters and decorators to ensure high-quality work and efficient project completion.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, oversee apprenticeship training, and manage own company.
  • Quality Control: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and recommend personnel actions.
  • Operations: Estimate costs and materials, set up machines and equipment, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training and lead/instruct individuals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in painting and decorating.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
