Key Responsibilities:- Court Scheduling: Coordinate the scheduling of court hearings, ensuring that court time is utilized effectively and efficiently.
- File Management: Manage and maintain court files, ensuring that all necessary documents are up-to-date and accessible.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the judiciary and court staff, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Liaison and Collaboration: Liaise with court staff, judiciary, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Statistical Reporting: Prepare and analyze statistical reports on court operations, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for process enhancements.
- Education: Two-year diploma in a related field, plus five years of progressively responsible experience.
- Experience: Directly related experience, including case management, legal assistant/paralegal, judicial assistant, court clerk, and dispute resolution.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
