About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Cook to join our team at Bukhara Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Determine the size of food portions and costs, prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that all kitchen areas are well-stocked and organized.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work Environment and Conditions

As a Restaurant Cook at Bukhara Grill, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality.
