We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Cook to join our team at REDSWAN PIZZA. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet the needs of our customers.
- Food Safety: Ensure that all food is handled, stored, and cooked safely to prevent contamination and foodborne illness.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
