Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Senior Engineer to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing IT infrastructure solutions for our global organization.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure components, such as Microsoft 365 Enterprise, business applications, network devices, cloud services, and virtualization platforms.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues and incidents, and provide root cause analysis and recommendations.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the IT infrastructure performance, capacity, and availability, and implement proactive measures to prevent issues and outages.
- Documentation and Best Practices: Develop and update IT infrastructure documentation, policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Technology Evaluation and Recommendation: Evaluate and recommend new IT solutions and technologies that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations and services.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to understand their IT needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions and support.
- Project Management: Manage and execute IT projects, such as migrations, upgrades, integrations, and deployments, and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications and standards.
- Technical Leadership and Mentoring: Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other IT engineers and staff, and share knowledge and best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, administration, or support, preferably in a large and complex IT environment.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Enterprise, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD. Must have experience with SSO, Okta, IAM, Identity Federation, and SAML.
- Business Applications: Familiarity with various business applications, such as ERP, CRM, BI, and HRIS, and their integration with Microsoft 365 and other IT systems.
- Networking and Cloud: Experience with networking technologies and protocols, and cloud computing platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Virtualization and Operating Systems: Experience with virtualization technologies and platforms, such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM, and Linux and Windows server operating systems and administration.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with different teams and stakeholders.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as ITIL, MCSE, CCNA, AWS, or Azure, are an advantage.
