You will lead a team of commercial professionals to deliver high-quality, value-added services to our clients and stakeholders. You will develop and implement processes to effectively manage commercial and risk-related activities throughout project execution.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Change Management: Develop and implement processes to administer, document and accept/challenge/defend incoming and outgoing change requests throughout project execution.
  • Notices and Contract Negotiation: Implement an effective system to ensure that all contractually-required notices are delivered to the client in accordance with the terms of the project agreement. Supervise the drafting, review and negotiation of various contracts (with clients and subcontractors).
  • Commercial Reporting: Issue regular reporting and analytics on commercial issues to Executives and Project Managers.
  • Insurance and Legal: Engage with client's insurance advisors to develop appropriate Project insurance programs and coverages. Engage with client's legal advisors to seek advice at appropriate times. Manage project close out and post practical completion.
