- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our members' existing relationships and networks.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and retaining high-value customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying that knowledge to improve our members' financial well-being.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a bank or credit union.
- A strong understanding of complex lending and investments, with a proven track record of identifying sales and referral opportunities.
- An Investment Funds in Canada certificate and a passion for ongoing learning and professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with our members.
