Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Tour Guide - Chief Experience Officer to join our team. As a CEO, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing leadership and guidance to our travelers, and creating unique and unforgettable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and traveller well-being.
- Provide leadership and guidance to our travellers, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
- Stay up-to-date on local knowledge, culture, and current affairs.
- Develop and maintain a network of local contacts and information sources.
- Maintain a valid passport and visa, and stay informed about travel restrictions.
- Keep vaccinations and preventive medication up-to-date.
- Be mindful of opportunities for G Adventures, such as new destinations and markets.
Requirements
- Be based in Oman.
- Hold a valid Guiding License and First Aid/CPR Certification.
- Have a genuine passion for adventure travel and a love for vibrant, exciting areas of the world.
- Speak fluent English and have a good command of the region-specific language.
- Exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in leadership roles.
- Be resourceful, calm, and collected under unpredictable circumstances.
- Be committed to sustainable tourism and an inspiring example to our travelers.
- Have good health and a high energy level.
