Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Hire and train new staff members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement methods to meet our high-quality standards, including establishing efficient work schedules and monitoring stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, wastage, and repairs, providing valuable insights into our business performance.
  • Establish strong relationships with our suppliers, negotiating competitive prices and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues quickly and fairly.
Requirements
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, but experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Able to relocate to our location, which offers free parking and a permanent work term.
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Work Language: English.
