Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Locos. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a client-focused approach, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility and a team player attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
