Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Anejo Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and walking, with a focus on attention to detail and excellent oral communication skills.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
