Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PK Paris Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffSupervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that all staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
Estimate and Manage ResourcesEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage resources to ensure that all food and supplies are available when needed.
Hire and Manage StaffHire food service staff, and manage staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that all food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
Prepare Budgets and ReportsPrepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Address Customer ConcernsAddress customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service role.
Supervision5-10 people.
Work TermPermanent.
Work LanguageEnglish.
Hours37.5 hours per week.
