About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Blinds Assembler-Installer to join our team at Met Blinds. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring our high-quality interior products are installed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install interior prefabricated products with precision and attention to detail
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and maintain interior prefabricated products to ensure optimal performance
  • Determine the most efficient installation procedures and layout
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols
  • Supervise and mentor other team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Utilize hand and power tools, adhering to safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
