About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Blinds Installation Specialist to join our team at Shan Blinds Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of our high-quality blinds products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Assembly: Install interior prefabricated products, including blinds, shades, and other window treatments, to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients are satisfied with the installation and service provided.
  • Blueprint Reading and Planning: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and plan installations accordingly.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment, including hand tools and power tools, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train other workers as needed, ensuring that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
