About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Blinds Installation Specialist to join our team at Shan Blinds Ltd. as a Blinds Assembly and Installation Technician. As a Blinds Installation and Service Professional, you will be responsible for installing interior prefabricated products, ensuring professionalism in customer service, and reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Service
    • Install interior prefabricated products
    • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products
    • Repair and service interior prefabricated products
  • Customer Service
    • Professionalism in customer service
  • Planning and Preparation
    • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
    • Determine layout and installation procedures
    • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
  • Equipment and Supplies
    • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
    • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Leadership and Teamwork
    • Supervise other workers
  • Tools and Equipment
    • Utilize hand and power tools
    • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience
      • 1 year to less than 2 years
