We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team at West Edmonton Mall. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supporting the Shop Manager in achieving overall profitability and providing leadership and effective management to the retail staff.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Shop Manager in achieving overall profitability
- Provide leadership and effective management to the retail staff
- Engage with customers and drive sales
- Work in a team environment to achieve sales goals
- At least two years of management/supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality environment
- Self-motivated and driven for results
- Enthusiastic about selling a quality product
- Dedicated to providing a great customer experience
- Energetic and enjoy meeting new people
- Excited about working with a team and building a career and growing within Purdys Chocolatier
