Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Golden Furniture Limited. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Assist the Manager in supervising and motivating staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Merchandise and Services: Work with the Manager to determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
- Marketing Strategies: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist the Manager in planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Assist in determining staffing requirements and recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
