Overview

As a Part-Time Marketing Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating Sipply's brand presence. You'll work closely with our head of marketing, founders, and design team to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Create engaging content that aligns with the Sipply brand voice.
  • Schedule posts using social media management tools and interact with our audience through comments and messages.
  • Monitor social media conversations, brand mentions, and industry trends.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Identify and establish relationships with social media influencers for potential partnerships.

Content Creation

  • Generate innovative ideas for social media content and shape our overall social media strategy.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create templates for social media posts and partnership decks.
  • Explore the use of AI tools to streamline content creation.
  • Draft and send marketing emails to engage our subscriber base.

Paid Advertising Campaigns

  • Create, execute, and report on ad campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Work with the design team to optimize ad creative.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure campaign performance.
  • Run reports on progress and provide actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Monitor ad performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role for 2-5 years, preferably in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience with content creation and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Flexibility to work between 5-10 hours per week.

Compensation

We offer an hourly rate of approximately $25 based on your experience.
