As a Customer Service Professional with our National Bank team in Montreal, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping clients navigate their banking needs.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced call centre environment. You will be responsible for answering client calls, listening to their needs, and offering personalized solutions to meet their banking requirements.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will also have the opportunity to help clients use our banking applications and advise them on transaction or credit solutions. Your positive attitude and eagerness to develop your skills will make you an asset to our team.
