Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign stock to sales and rentals, while leveling wholegood inventory across divisions of responsibility.
  • Place orders with vendors and maintain order details.
  • Respond to Branch questions on order date details.
  • Work with vendors on order change requests.
  • Develop and manage day-to-day logistics for supply chain teams.
  • Coordinate with production supervisors to plan and organize product runs.
  • Collaborate with production coordinators to synchronize production schedules across departments.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and data for multiple production department stakeholders.
  • Assign machines to branch sales and rentals.
  • Enforce the assignment policy in place to maintain accurate inventory availability detail.
  • Coordinate logistics with PDI and Traffic departments.
  • Report sales details to senior leadership teams.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using the Record 360 program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Analytics, or similar discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong customer support skills.
  • Knowledge or experience within ERP systems.
  • Must be an analytical thinker and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong work ethic, willing to put in the extra time as required to get the job done.
