Job Summary: Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Wholegoods Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team in Regina. As a key member of our Customer Support Centre, you will be responsible for supporting designated Brandt Tractor Branches in all aspects of inventory control and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign stock to sales and rentals, while leveling wholegood inventory across divisions of responsibility.
- Place orders with vendors and maintain order details.
- Respond to Branch questions on order date details.
- Work with vendors on order change requests.
- Develop and manage day-to-day logistics for supply chain teams.
- Coordinate with production supervisors to plan and organize product runs.
- Collaborate with production coordinators to synchronize production schedules across departments.
- Prepare and maintain reports and data for multiple production department stakeholders.
- Assign machines to branch sales and rentals.
- Enforce the assignment policy in place to maintain accurate inventory availability detail.
- Coordinate logistics with PDI and Traffic departments.
- Report sales details to senior leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the Record 360 program.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Analytics, or similar discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong customer support skills.
- Knowledge or experience within ERP systems.
- Must be an analytical thinker and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong work ethic, willing to put in the extra time as required to get the job done.
