Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Global Program Management to lead our global projects and programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all global projects, ensuring their successful delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage global projects and programs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including communications, navigation, and surveillance engineering, purchasing, logistics, and sales.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team, responsible for project delivery, quality control, and evaluation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Develop and implement project tracking and productivity tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Excel.
  • Manage global operations in multiple time zones and third-world cultures, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Negotiate with in-country partners to ensure project delivery on time and on budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or engineering discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a team management role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing, evaluating, and delivering medium to large complex multimillion-dollar programs.
  • Experience with project tracking and productivity tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Excel.
  • Fluently bilingual, French and English a must, Spanish, Arabic nice to have.
